Valentines Day

With Baby Evans on the way, Jeremy thought we should take advantage of our last Valentines Day with just us and enjoy a romantic overnight trip in the city. We had such a blast! Usually we do the whole beach thing whenever we go to San Francisco, but this time we stayed away from the water. We enjoyed a little site seeing and Golden Gate Park.
We live in a such a beautiful place!

Our Hotel
I surprised Jeremy with a couple of his favorite movies...Hoosiers and Nacho Libre.

And Jeremy surprised me with a few of my favorite things...chocolate, sparkling cider, and red vines (not pictured but my latest craving)

Golden Gate Park
Dutch Windmill with beautiful gardens

Jeremy and I are always big fans of wildlife :)
Field of buffalo in San Francisco...who knew?

We made friends with this cute little gopher guy!
People walking by were so confused with us. We were standing there with our camera pointed at the ground to catch him as he popped his head out. As people walked by they gave us funny looks probably thinking that we were just obsessed with the asphalt.

What we were obsessed with was all these turtles sunning all around the lake.

There are a bunch of different gardens that we had wanted to go to but they all cost. So being our frugal selves, we skipped them and just stuck to enjoying the outside for free.

Valentine's night we went out to dinner with Mom and Dad to one of their favorite restaurants, Jalisco's. So yummy!
Such a cute couple!
What a day filled with love!
